Becoming a part of the Indonesia Infrastructure Learning Institute (I2LI) is proof that the quality and credibility of the infrastructure company are unquestionable. Today, Waskita is one of 9 Infrastructure SOEs out of a total of 10 SOEs that signed the I2LI memorandum of understanding.

The signing was also attended by Waskita's Director of HCM & System Development Mr. Hadjar Seti Adji, and Waskita's SVP of Human Capital Management, Mr. Indhit Pertomo.

I2LI itself in the future will focus on compiling competency standards, integration, and also cross-border development of SOEs, especially in the infrastructure sector, and become a superior human capital center with a global perspective.
