Infrastructure Assistance & Waste Composting Facilities

The problem of waste in the form of plastic waste and organic waste generated from public consumption is very crucial. If not handled properly, waste can have negative impacts such as pollution of river water, groundwater, air, soil and become a source of disease.

To support the government's program to reduce and manage plastic and organic waste in the community, as well as to preserve the environment with the concept of reducing, reusing, and recycling, Waskita through the Waskita Peduli Program handed over assistance in the form of equipment and facilities for composting waste to the management of the Waste Bank RW 01 Pulogadung Village. , East Jakarta.

Assistance in the form of a garbage chopper, garbage cart, repair of waste management facilities, construction of water channels, and installation of electricity facilities was handed over directly by the Public Relations Manager of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, Poppy Sukmawati, and received by the management of the Waste Bank RW 01 Pulogadung Village, East Jakarta.

It is hoped that with this assistance the community can independently manage and utilize household waste to be more useful and create a clean and healthy environment.
