Mrs. Ermy Puspa Yunita was appointed as Corporate Secretary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk on January 19, 2023. She earned a Master's in Business Administration at Gajah Mada University, Jakarta (2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Trisakti University (2007). Previously she served as Liaison and Support for Corporate Secretary Function & Special Staff to The President Director (2022), Manager Investor, Government & Public Relations at PT Waskita Toll Road (2019-2022), and Project Management Office Manager at PT Waskita Toll Road (2018- 2022). In addition, she has served as Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance (GCG) Manager, at PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (2012- 2018), and Compliance Assistant Manager, at PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (2012).
