Heru Winarko
PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER/INDEPENDET
Mr. Heru Winarko was appointed as President Commissioner, Independent Commissioner based on the decision of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 16, 2022. He is Head of the National Narcotics Agency for the 2018 – 2020 term, after previously serving as the Lampung Regional Police Chief for the 2012 – 2015 term.
A graduate of the Police Academy in 1985, he was recorded as having studied at the College of Police Science (PTIK) in 1994 and the Staff College, then the Police Leadership School (Sespim) in 2000, and finally the Higher Officer Staff School (Sespati) in 2008.
Before becoming Head of BNN, he held various strategic positions in the Police institution, including Independent Commissioner of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (2021), Deputy for Enforcement of the Corruption Eradication Commission (2015), Expert Staff for Ideology and Constitutional Affairs for the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (2015), Head of the General Bureau Kemenko Polhukam RI (2011)

Mr. I Gde Made Kartika Jaya was appointed as Commissioner based on the Resolution of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 16, 2022.
He earned his Doctorate in Economics from the University of Borobudur Jakarta (2019), and a Master's in Administrative Sciences in the Medan Area (2009). He serves as Deputy for Economic Intelligence, BIN (2021-present), Director of Indakop and Hubpartel, Economic Intelligence Sector, BIN (2016-2020), and Head of Sub-Directorate for Hubpartel, Sub Directorate of Tourism and Telecommunications, Economic Intelligence, BIN (2013-2016).

Drs. Dedi Syarif Usman, M.A.
COMMISSIONER
Mr. Dedi Syarif Usman was appointed as Commissioner by the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on 21st September 2021. He obtained a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado (1998) and a Bachelor of Accounting from Parahyangan Catholic University (1991). Previously, served as Director of State Property, Directorate General of State Assets (2012-2013), Director of Separated State Assets, Directorate General of State Assets (2013-2019). Apart from being a Commissioner, he also serves as the Secretary of the Directorate General of State Assets (2019-Present).

Mr. T. Iskandar was appointed as Commissioner by the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on April 16, 2021. He obtained a Master's degree in Water Resources Development from the Bandung Institute of Technology (2005) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Syiah Kuala University (1990). He also serves as Inspector General of the Ministry of PUPR, Secretary of the Directorate General of Human Settlements of the Ministry of PUPR, Head of the Center for the Pompengan Jeneberang River Basin, Directorate General of Water Resources of the Ministry of PUPR, and Head of the Center for the Ciliwung Cisadane River Basin, Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of PUPR.

Muhamad Salim
INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER
Mr. Muhamad Salim was appointed as Independent Commissioner based on the Resolution of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 June 2022.
He earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Gajah Mada University (1979). Previously he served as Chair of the Supervisory Board, Perum Damri (2018-2021), Head of the Public Security and Order Sub-Directorate, Deputy Attorney General, Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia (2001-2003), and Head of the Tanjung Perak District Attorney, Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia (1999-2001).

INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER
Bapak Addin Jauharudin diangkat sebagai Komisaris Independen berdasarkan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) Tahun Buku 2022 pada 25 Mei 2023. Beliau memperoleh gelar Doktor Universitas Brawijaya (2020), Master Universitas Trisakti (2018), dan Sarjana Islam dari IAI – Al-Aqidah (2022). Beliau juga menjabat sebagai Komisaris Independen PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) (2018-2023) dan Komisaris PT Garam (2014-2017).

INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER
Mr. Muradi was appointed as the Company's Independent Commissioner by the Decision of the 2018 Annual GMS on 6 th April 2018.
He holds a Doctorate in the Faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Flinders University, Australia (2012), Master of Strategic Studies from S. Rajaratnam, School of International Studies, NTU, Singapore (2008), and Master of Political Science from the University of Indonesia ( 2003 ) and a Bachelor's degree from Padjadjaran University, Bandung (2000). Previously, he served as Chairman of the Risk Management, GCG & Investment Monitoring Committee of PT LEN Industri (2017-2018), Main Expert Staff for Politics, Defense & Security, Presidential Staff Office (KSP) (2016-2018), Commissioner of PT LEN Industri ( Persero) (2015-2018). Apart from being an Independent Commissioner of the Company, he is currently also listed as Director of the Postgraduate Program in Political Science (Master & Doctoral), Padjadjaran University (2016 – present), Expert Advisor to the Police for Security & Politics (2015 – present) and Head of the Center for Political & Security Studies. Padjadjaran University (PSPK UNPAD) (2012 – present), Professor of Homeland Security, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP), Padjadjaran University, Bandung (2019- present).
