Caring for the Environment, Waskita Hands Over Plastic Waste Processing Equipment for Cipinang Cempedak Residents

Commemorating Waskita's 62nd Birthday, Waskita Peduli continues to support environmental sustainability by handing over plastic waste counter tools to the RW 11 Garbage Bank, Cipinang Cempedak Village. The assistance was handed over directly by the Director of HCM & System Development, Mursyid, and received by the Head of RW 11 Cipinang Cempedak Village, Misbah after participating in the Fun Bike and Ceria Gymnastics activities on Sunday (8/1) at the Waskita Heritage Building.

"This machine can later be used to facilitate the activities of the Widuri Garbage Bank group in managing waste in the surrounding environment," Mursyid explained.

The provision of this plastic waste chopping machine is part of the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program which aims to support environmental preservation and waste management programs, especially in the local community. The plastic waste chopping machine is a waste processing machine that functions to chop various types of non-organic waste, especially plastic bottle waste so that it has a higher economic value when compared to untreated plastic bottles.

"Thank you for the assistance provided by Waskita, hopefully, this assistance can continue to stimulate and increase the enthusiasm of the community in implementing programs for environmental sustainability and adding economic value from household waste, especially in the RW 11 Cipinang Cempedak environment," Misbah said when receiving the assistance.

By using this tool, it is hoped that it can generate economic factors for the community and benefit the surrounding environment so that a comfortable and healthy environment can be created.
