In January 27, 2020, PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Director of Human Capital & System Development Hadjar Seti Adji who was accompanied by PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk SVP Building Division Septiawan Andri Purwanto along with Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ) officials presented the Waskita-PNJ synergy program with the Director General of Vocational Education at the Ministry of Education and Culture (Dr. Ir. Patdono Suwignjo MEngSc).

PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk together with the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ) will be used as a National model for Campus (Vocational) and Industrial (construction) synergy cooperation by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Furthermore, curriculum standardization, development programs (lecturers and students), and internship & recruitment programs will also be made. So that this program will be a driving force in improving the quality of vocational education that is "in line" with the needs of its industry.

Also attending were officials of the Bali State Polytechnic and Kempinski Bali Hotel Management, who will also be an example of a model of campus and industry synergy synergy for the hospitality sector.
