PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk on Monday, January 6, 2020, held a two-day Lean Construction Workshop in Jakarta, attended by around 100 employees consisting of Corporate Office Managers, Site Engineering Managers, Business Units, and Project Managers. This event invited guest speakers from CIBE (Center for Infrastructure and Built Environment) ITB, Mr. Ir. Muhamad Abduh, MT, Ph.D.

The Lean Construction Workshop opened with remarks from the Director of Human Capital Management & System Development, Mr. Hadjar Seti Adji. He explained the participants were representatives from their respective divisions to attend this workshop.

"For this reason, I ask that the employees who attend this workshop really listen and pay attention to what is delivered by Mr. Abduh. Because after the workshop is completed, the employees must share their knowledge with friends and implement related to Lean Construction in the division or each project, "explained Pak Hadjar.
