Thursday (22/4), Waskita through Waskita Toll Road (WTR) announced its latest agreement by signing an agreement to buy and sell 30% of WTR's equity shares in PT Jasa Marga Kualanamu Tol with Kings Ring Limited, which is part of the Road King Expressway (RKE) business group.

From this sale, Waskita got a profit of up to 1.86 times the price book value or book value of the sold ownership.

This agreement is the result of Waskita’s long divestment step whose supervision involves many parties including the BPKP and the Ministry of BUMN. Furthermore, the divestment will be one of the transformational steps that Waskita continues to promote, with the hope of creating a focused and improving financial performance.
