PT Waskita Toll Road, a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk this morning, Wednesday (18/12) has agreed to divest 40% of the shares in the Solo - Ngawi Toll Road owned by PT Jasa Marga Solo Ngawi (JSN) and 40% shares in the Ngawi - Kertosono - Kediri Toll Road section owned by PT Jasa Marga Ngawi Kertosono Kediri (JNK) to Investors from Hong Kong, namely Kings Key Limited (KKL).

The agreement was signed by the President Director of PT Waskita Toll Road, Mr. Herwidiakto with Kings Key Limited, witnessed by the Head of BPJT, Mr. Danang Parikesit. After the signing ceremony, a group photo session was held and the rice cone was cut

In his remarks, Mr. Herwidiakto hoped that with this agreement there would be other toll road divestments. "It is hoped that it will be a good momentum for the plan to divest the next toll road sections in the future," said Herwidiakto.

The event was attended by the Head of BPJT Mr. Danang Parikesit, Director of Business Development & Quality, Safety, Health & Environment of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Mr. Fery Hendriyanto, Director of Human Capital Management & System Development of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Mr Hadjar Seti Adji, Director of Operation II of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Mr Bambang Rianto, SVP Legal Division Mr Novianto Ari Nugroho, and Corporate Action Manager Legal Division Mr Alfonsus Andrew.
