In regards of shareholder’s request to held a general meeting of shareholders. Board of Director hereby notified to the shareholders of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (the “Company”), that the company will held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) on Friday, February 1st 2019.

According to Article 23 paragraph 7 of the Company Article of Association, the invitation will be conducted by publication in at least 1 (one) National Newspaper on Thursday, January 10th 2019. Moreover, invitation will also be published in Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the Company website.

Shareholders who are entitled to attend the Meeting are the shareholders of the Company, whose shares are either in the form of script or in the collective custody at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) whose names are registered in the List of the shareholders on January 9th 2019 until 16.00 Western Indonesian Time.

According to Article 12 parapraph 2 of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Regulation No. 32/POJK/04/2014 on Planning and Implementation of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“POJK No. 32”) as amended by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Regulation No. 10/POJK.04/2017 (“POJK No.32/2014”), proposals from Shareholders could be submitted by 1 (one) or more Shareholder representing at least 1/20 (one-twenty) or more of the total shares issued by the company with valid voting rights. Every proposal from Shareholder will be included in the agenda of the Meeting when meet the requirements of Article 12 POJK No.32/2014 and has been accepted by the Company Board of Director no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the date of General Meeting of Shareholders Invitation on Thursday, January 3td 2019 at 16.00 Western Indonesian Time.
