Waskita and MBF Persada Ready to Synergize to Develop Infrastructure in Indonesia and Abroad

PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk signed a Memorandum of Agreement ("MoA") with Mohammed Bin Faisal ("MBF") Persada regarding cooperation in the development of road infrastructure and other infrastructure. This MoA was signed by the President Director of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Mr. Destiawan Soewardjono with MBF Persada President Director Arif Firdaus offline in Jakarta on Thursday 10th March 2022. The signing was also witnessed by the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to U.A.E, H.E Husin Bagis.

MBF Persada is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and is part of the MBF Group, a company founded by HH. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Faisal Bin Khalid Al Qasimi is engaged in investment and business development in various sectors, including The Infrastructure sector. The signing of the MoA between Waskita and MBF Persada is in the context of exploring cooperation in funding infrastructure projects where Waskita is the project implementer, investment cooperation, and other potential forms of cooperation.
