As a form of support in efforts to educate the younger generation of Indonesia, Waskita Peduli collaboration with The Jakarta Post on Tuesday (22/11)conducted an introduction to journalistic training Workshop for Students with the theme "Introduction to Journalism" for high school students 5 Surabaya.
The Head of the Social and Environment Responsibility Unit, Poppy Sukmawati, Deputy Principal of SMAN 5 Surabaya, Mr. Imron, and the Distribution Digital Marketing & Sales Operation Manager of The Jakarta Post, Meisara Artarani, gave a speech at that occasion.
"To study new knowledge, not only improves intellectuality but also improves emotional quality to become a mature person, especially in facing the challenges of the current era of globalization and openness, to improve the quality of education and human resources is one of the main keys to compete and be reckoned with in global scene”, said Poppy when giving a speech.
As a company whose field of work is related to the provision of public services and facilities, BUMN also participates in efforts to educate the community. This aims to maintain regeneration so that in the future SOEs can continue to be led by intelligent and competitive children of the nation.
