Waskita Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2021

Jakarta, June 16, 2022, PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in Jakarta. Through the meeting, the Company obtained approval from the shareholders for the Ten proposed meeting agendas.

The ten agenda items include the submission of the annual report, The report on the supervisory duties of the Board of Commissioners, and The ratification of the consolidated financial statements for the 2021 financial year.

The Company obtained approval to obtain loans and funding from Bank and NonBank Financial Institutions and the Community with Government guarantees based on the provisions of the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 211/PMK.08/2020 concerning Procedures for Providing Government Guarantees for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the framework of implementing the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program.

Furthermore, the Company also reports the use of funds resulting from the addition of capital with Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD) through Limited Public Offering II in 2021.

On the last Agenda, Approval was determined regarding changes to the composition of the Company's management. With the resolutions of this AGMS, The Composition of the Company's Management becomes:

Corporate Secretary Novianto Ari Nugroho said that until May 2022, the Company has managed to book a New Contract Value (NKB) of IDR 8.13 trillion, or an increase of 321.43% compared to 2021 of IDR 2.23 trillion.

“Perolehan NKB bersumber dari proyek Swasta sebesar 53,23%, Pemerintah sebesar 35,98%, dan
Pengembangan Bisnis anak usaha Perseroan sebesar 7,84%. Berdasarkan segmentasi tipe proyek, NKB tersebut terdiri dari segmen konektivitas Infrastruktur sebesar 40,84%, anak usaha Perseroan sebesar 7,84%, gedung sebesar 22,55%, EPC sebesar 7,82%, serta segmen Sumber Daya Air (SDA) sebesar 8,19%,” ujar Novianto.
