Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), Basuki Hadimuljono conducted a direct inspection of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) starting from the Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang - Kayu Agung (TBPPKA) 112 km toll road and Kayu Agung - Palembang - Betung (KAPB) ), Exit Kramasan Toll Gate 42.5 km, on Friday, January 21, 2022.
During the 231.5 km inspection on the toll road, the group stopped at several points which were being repaired by the Waskita Karya field team. Basuki instructed the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT) PT Hutama Karya (Persero) and its subsidiary PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Waskita Toll Road as the road manager to focus on repairing damaged toll roads so that Minimum Service Standards (SPM) Toll roads can be fulfilled to ensure the safety and comfort of toll road users.
Waskita Karya represented by Senior Vice President (SVP) Infrastructure II, Lasino and Project Manager Maintenance of the Terbanggi Besar – Pematang Panggang (TBPP) Toll Road, Teguh Sri Widodo accompanied the PUPR Ministry group which was also attended by the Director General of Highways, Hedy Rahadian and the Head of Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT), Danang Parikesit and his staff during a field visit.
