PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk through its granddaughter PT Waskita Modern Relati successfully carried out the G round B reaking of the AVASTA Cluster which is the first stage of the Vasaka City Mandiri City Area Development and also as a marker for the start of the Cluster construction on Thursday, February 24, 2022. The AVASTA Cluster is located in a 640-hectare New Independent City Area with the concept of Oasis Urban Development in East Jakarta, North Bekasi to be precise. This is one of the Company's efforts to continue to support the One Million Houses Program which is one of the national strategic programs to meet housing needs for the community.
Waskita Modern Realty's President Director, Dono Parwoto, said that during this pandemic period, Waskita Modern Realty's commitment to immediately present the first residence in the Vasaka City area. The collaboration between these two large development companies, PT Waskita Karya Realty and PT Modernland, Tbk. will produce harmony in the development of the Vasaka City area, which is also the first project of PT Waskita Modern Realty.
