Great Potential for SME Business in Blora

When starting a business, business capital is one of the things that affect the initial stage of the journey, Waskita As a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) opens opportunities for Micro & Small scale entrepreneurs (UMK) to become Foster Partners in the program they have, MSEs have the potential to get loans capital and business development through the program.

One of the fostered partners that has great potential in developing their business is the Livestock Farmer Group "Lembu Joyo" in Palon Village, Jepon District, Blora Regency, Central Java, which was recently surveyed directly by the Waskita SER Unit. The total number of cattle breeders in the Group is 12 people, each of which gets a business capital loan of Rp. 100 Million, which can be used to improve both the quality and quantity of their business.

Furthermore, six tobacco farmers in the same area in the Blora area also have great potential. Through the Waskita SER Unit, each farmer gets a business and development capital assistance of IDR 65 million.

"Waskita continues to support the development of MSEs of fostered partners so that they grow into tough, strong, and independent business actors," said Mrs. Poppy Sukmawati, The Head of the Social and Environment Responsibility Unit.

Prospective partners can register by submitting, their business plans or business activity proposals to the BUMN Trustees (Waskita). Later, Waskita through the SER Unit will evaluate and select applications submitted by prospective foster partners.
