After a long journey, last Thursday (7/1) the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo inaugurated the results of the Istiqlal Mosque renovation. The inauguration was also attended by invited guests including representatives from PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk as contractors.

The project, which Waskita has been working on since May 2019, was completed in 14 months at a total cost of IDR 511 billion. The scope of development undertaken includes the construction of parking buildings, area arrangement, architecture, interiors, renovation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (MEP), and signage arrangement.
