Waskita Group's transformation steps are getting more definite from day to day. PT Waskita Karya Realty (WKR) and PT Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti (WFPR), which are the subsidiaries of Waskita's company, signed the 2021 Medium Term Notes (MTN) Issuance Agreement on last Friday (4/6). Medium Term Note (MTN) or medium-term debt securities are debt securities issued by a company that requires financing funds for a period of between 5 (five) to 10 (ten) years, but it can also be for a period of only 1 (one) year.
The issuance of this MTN is one way for Waskita Realty and WFPR to increase the company's funding structure, company working capital, and encourage company business expansion. In addition, the issuance of this MTN is proof that Waskita Realty still gains the trust of the relevant stakeholders.
