Monday (13/1) a field visit was carried out to the Siligita-Kempinski Nusa Dua Bali Intersection Road Improvement Project by the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, and the Head of the Bali Provincial PUPR Service accompanied by Director of Operation II Bambang Rianto, SVP Infrastructure II Lasino , and Project Manager Ronny Dg Masikki and also attended by the Head of the National Road Implementation Center (BPJN) VIII for East Java Bali Achmad Subki.
The purpose of the Menkomarves field visit to the project which has a completion time of 7 months is to directly review the readiness and progress of the work as well as the difficulties encountered. Apart from Bali, Waskita is also working on the Revitalization and Restoration of the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) project. Through this development, Waskita will participate in supporting the preparation of the Indonesian Presidency for the G20 Summit which will be held at the end of October.
A little additional information, as stipulated at the Riyadh Summit 2020, Indonesia will hold the G20 presidency in 2022, with a handover made at the end of the Rome Summit (October 30-31, 2021). The G20 Presidency of Indonesia 2022 has the theme “Recover Together, Recover Stronger". Through this theme, Indonesia wants to invite the whole world to work hand in hand, support each other to recover together and grow stronger and more sustainable.
