Director of HCM and System Development Hadjar Seti Adji conducted a Management Walk Through (MWT) at the Becakayu Toll Road Section 2A Ujung on Friday (3/12). This MWT was carried out with the aim of directly controlling the development process of the project and also regarding the Transformation KPI Dashboard. In addition, Hadjar also reviewed and discussed directly with our Insans who served on the project.
This MWT was carried out suddenly by Hadjar Seti Adji who was accompanied by QHSE Manager 2 Batara Jadi A. Pane. “There was no prior notification to me if he wanted to visit the project. But my team and I are still ready to accompany him to review the projects we are working on,” said Project Manager Proyek Jalan Tol Becakayu Seksi 2A Ujung, Assad Idea Permana.
Of the many messages conveyed by Hadjar during discussions with the project team at the site, Hadjar emphasized on Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in the project environment, namely focusing on 3 points; First, as long as the project runs from start to finish, it must meet the elements of HSE, cleanliness, safety and tidiness. The second point is to increase the taste for seeing with different points of view or different glasses. “Field workers must also be able to see through the eyes of an auditor, not just the implementer. If so, there must be a lot of shortcomings starting from the big things to the smallest things," said Hadjar.
The last point that field workers must do is to do the 2 points above by creating a system, namely, there must be an inspection from the Project Manager (PM) every day after finishing work. “Every time you finish work, look around, if there is garbage, take it, clean it. For safety also pay attention to avoid accidents. Minimize all things that can cause accidents. This applies to all field workers on the project,” said Hadjar.
Currently the Becakayu Toll Road Section 2A Ujung project has reached 85 percent progress. “This is a project in the city and the easiest to visit. Any director can come here at any time. Make this a motivation for friends to keep K3 in work on this project. There is still 15% left, this is still a lot, don't be careless in security matters, it concerns the commitment in carrying out the work system in the project," added Hadjar.
