The Digital Control Tower is also one of the dashboards to assist project managers in working on projects and also all of Waskita's Top Management starting from the Board of Directors, Corporate Offices, and Business Units in controlling an ongoing project. "So later we at the head office can monitor projects in any part of the world without having to go to the location. We take advantage of this digitalization to provide support for Waskita's rejuvenation process with better performance results," added Novianto.

DCT can provide added value, in the form of more efficiency if implemented. "We hope that with the launch of this dashboard, Waskita's movement will be significant in balancing the financial burden that still exists, and especially friends who are in the Digital Control Tower project as a dashboard that we must be able to implement properly," concluded Novianto

In addition to launching the DCT application, Waskita already has the Waskita Application Vendor Excellence (WAVE) application where the application makes it very easy for vendors (suppliers, foremen, subcontractors, and heavy equipment tenants) to become Waskita's partner in doing business and also all procurement information and tender mechanisms are available. on the WAVE application.

It is known that Waskita had previously received an INDI 4.0 certificate given by the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, where Waskita was the only industry 4.0 pilot company in the construction sector. This is based on the results of an assessment that was carried out by the BUMN INDI 4.0 Assessment Implementing Agency and an assessment of a team of panelists consisting of the government, practitioners, and universities which were carried out from July to October 2022 with an assessment, especially on the impact of implementing the transformation of industry 4.0 in 2021.
